Insurance Assistance

We all need health care. If lack of insurance is keeping you from getting the health care you need, we can help! If you are uninsured or underinsured, our Outreach and Enrollment Staff can help connect you and your family to the best health coverage option for you. You may even qualify for free or low-cost health insurance! Our team of Certified Application Counselors are available year-round to assist with enrolling for free into a plan through the Health Insurance Marketplace for those that qualify or to apply for Medicaid.  There is no cost or obligation to meet with our staff to find out what is available to you. We will help you understand your options and assist you with the enrollment process.

Please bring to your appointment:

  • Your ID and the Social Security Numbers for everyone in tax filing household (or document numbers for eligible immigrants)
  • Email address with username and password. If you do not have an email address, we can assist you in creating one
  • Income and employment information for everyone in your tax filing household (wages, W-2, tax statements, etc.)
  • Information about any job-related insurance available to your family
