However, services are NOT provided free of charge. We accept Private Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid. If you need health insurance, our Certified Application Counselors provide free in-person Insurance Assistance and can help you enroll in a plan that is right for you and your family.

Sliding fee discounts for essential services are offered to patients without insurance who qualify based upon family size and income. Proof of income is required. Payment is due when services are rendered. Patients have the right to request a good faith estimate of the charges for their visit prior to their appointment.
