New Horizon Family Health Services operates four medical office locations, a dental office, three mobile medical units and one mobile dental unit. The hours of operation for NHFHS offices are listed below.

*All New Horizon Family Health Services offices will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. 

**Our Berea office will be CLOSED for patient visits on Friday, May 22 and Tuesday, May 26. The Berea Pharmacy will be open for normal business hours.
