Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits: NHFHS offers two major optional plans through South Carolina PEBA Health Insurance. There are also options for State Health Plan Medicare and TRICARE Supplement Plans. We also offer Dental, Vision, and prescription coverage.
Supplemental Insurance: NHFHS provides it staff members with basic life and basic long term disability insurance. Staff members also have the option to purchase additional life insurance via payroll deduction.
Retirement plans: As a non-profit organization, we offer 403(b) Retirement Plan to employees. A 403(b) plan is a U.S. tax-advantaged retirement savings plan available to non-profit employers.
