		Pharmacy Services We are able to fill your prescription and answer any question that you may have about that prescription. NOW available at our Downtown, West End and Greer offices

Laboratory Numerous laboratory services are provided onsite, at our satellites and through referral laboratories.

	Specialty Care At our West End satellite office we provide specialty care, which includes gastrointestinal and kidney problems. We also provide care for hepatitis, asthma and infectious diseases.

	C.A.R.E Team The clinical staff at New Horizon Family Health Services use the C.A.R.E. Team approach when treating chronic diseases such as Diabetes and Heart Disease. It is our goal that each patient will see the same Patient Care Representative, Nursing Staff Member and Physician / Nurse Practitioner at each visit. We feel this allows our patients and staff members to develop relationships that support excellent care, understanding of patient needs and education.

	C.A.R.E. Team Express The C.A.R.E Team Express is a fully equip mobile satellite office. It can serve as a backup to offsite health care screenings and health fairs. The main focus of the C.A.R.E. Team Express Mobile Unit is to provide quality, affordable healthcare to homeless patients. Our C.A.R.E. Team has partnered with various shelters, soup kitchens, and other facilities in a 13 county region of the upstate.

Health Care for the Homeless

New Horizon Family Health Services, Inc. (NHFHS) is dedicated to providing affordable, quality health care services for all people in the community. Through its Health Care for the Homeless program, it is doing just that. NHFHS’ Health Care for the Homeless program is operated in collaboration with Upstate homeless shelters and other health and human service organizations. The program has established a traveling CARE Team of highly qualified health care professionals who provide medical care and conduct outreach services to homeless individuals using a 40-foot mobile medical unit at strategic locations throughout the Upstate region. Within the first year of operations, over 1,200 homeless patients received health care services.

The program is provided in collaboration with area partners inclusive of the Upstate Homeless Coalition, AID Upstate, Upper Savannah Care Consortia, Appalachia II Health District, Greenville County Commission on Drug and Alcohol Abuse, Community Health Network, Greenville Mental Health Center, United Ministries, Salvation Army, Rescue Mission, Greenville Technical College Dental Hygiene Program, The Haven, The Haven of Rest in Anderson, Carolina Health Center in Greenwood, and ReGenesis in Spartanburg.

New Horizon Family Dental Care

At New Horizon Family Health Services, we know that healthy teeth and gums are important to overall health and well-being. Regular preventive dental check-ups and care of your teeth help prevent oral disease and tooth decay. New Horizon Family Dental Care is pleased to offer high quality, affordable family dental care through a team of certified professional dentists, hygienists and support staff. A full range of preventive and restorative services are available to adults and children through a partnership between Bon Secours St. Francis Health System, Greenville Technical College and the United Way of Greenville County.

Dental care is not only provided at our state-of-the-art dental practice, but also on a mobile dental unit that visits schools, churches and other community locations throughout the area.

Payment:
New Horizon Family Dental Care accepts Medicaid and private insurance. Sliding fee scale discounts are available to those without insurance and who qualify. To qualify for sliding fee discounts, bring three most recent paycheck stubs or most recent tax return.

Memorial Medical Park is just behind Burger King. New Horizon Family Dental Care is the first building on the left on Memorial Medical Drive.
